| 2 | Students participation in project competition | Students of each department should compulsorily participate in project competition at state/national/international level such as BAHA , Epi-cycle, Go kart, ACI competition, hackathon , e yantra, etc. The expenses to be paid as – Students-25 %, Industry Sponsorship- 25 % and College- 50 % The appreciation of participation will made in project work assessment |
| 3 | Student paper publication | Each & every student project group should publish a paper. The expenses should be paid by the students. The appreciation of publication will made in project work assessment |
| 4 | Student project sponsorship | At the end of academic year, Final Year student’s project exhibition for all department, will be arranged and the best project from each department will be awarded with Rs. 5000 .The models, kits, apparatus, instruments, soft wares ,etc prepared by the students through the projects is the property of the institute so all the project groups should submit these at the end of the project. |
| 5 | Faculty paper publication | Each faculty should publish at least 2 papers in journal notified on UGC care list in academic year. College will appreciate by giving Rs.2000 or actual cost whichever is minimum per paper. If he/she publishes paper in scopes or web of science special appreciation will be made by awarding certificate in Annual prize distribution ceremony. Conference & paper publication should not be same topic. |
| 6 | Paper presentation in conference | Each faculty should publish at least 2 papers in peer reviewed journal in a academic year. Faculty will be appreciated by giving Rs.5000 or actual cost whichever is minimum for publications in Scopus indexed/Web of Science journals.. |
| 7 | Patent | Each department should file at least 2 patents of design or utility & in addition CSE, IT each department should register minimum 2 copyrights. If required one patent will be commercialized. The patents filed in the name of Institute will be provided financial aid. |
| 8 | Funding proposals | Each department is expected to prepare and submit at least one funding proposal to various funding agencies. |
